At Mystical9, we ensure that you receive the correct product in good condition.

Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds or returns. Exchange is available only in the following cases:

- Product received damaged
- Different product received from what was ordered

48-Hour Exchange Policy

- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please contact us with clear photos/videos of the product and package as proof.
- For damaged products, an unboxing video is recommended to help verify the issue.
- After verification, an eligible replacement will be arranged.

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for exchange.

रिटर्न एवं एक्सचेंज पॉलिसी – Mystical9

Mystical9 पर रिफंड या रिटर्न की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है। केवल निम्न परिस्थितियों में एक्सचेंज किया जाएगा:

- 📦 उत्पाद डैमेज/क्षतिग्रस्त प्राप्त होने पर
- 🔄 गलत या अलग उत्पाद प्राप्त होने पर

⏰ 48 घंटे की एक्सचेंज पॉलिसी

एक्सचेंज का अनुरोध डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के अंदर करना अनिवार्य है।

एक्सचेंज के लिए ग्राहक को:

- उत्पाद की स्पष्ट फोटो/वीडियो भेजना होगा।
- पैकेज और प्रोडक्ट की स्थिति दिखानी होगी।
- डैमेज प्रोडक्ट के मामले में अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो उपलब्ध होने पर उसे भी साझा करें।

सत्यापन के बाद, पात्र ऑर्डर के लिए एक्सचेंज प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।

नोट: ग्राहक द्वारा गलत तरीके से इस्तेमाल करने, संभालने या सामान्य टूट-फूट के कारण हुए नुकसान पर एक्सचेंज लागू नहीं होगा।
